The required level for acceptance in the General Management Programme is:

  • 5-years of professional experience 
  • a bachelor’s degree +2 years or equivalent. A “Validation of Professional Experience” (additional application form) is possible for applicants who do not have this level of diploma.

The application form

The application is reviewed by a Reading Committee, who decides whether:
- the application is approved in its entirety : the candidate is admitted
- the application is partially approved: the candidate has to go in front of the Selection Panel
- the application is not approved: the candidate is rejected




Interview in front of a Selection Panel

“Validation of Professional Experience” process or application partially approved ? The last step for acceptance in the program is an interview with a Selection Panel of two people, a Professor and a programme graduate. This step lasts 30 to 45 minutes. The panel assesses the relevance of the course for the candidate’s career plan.

Educational costs

€ 22,000 excl. VAT. 
Include all the educational costs particularly the initial and final assessments and lifetime membership in the emlyon business school forever alumni network (*excluding accommodation, transportation and meals)
Selection fees: € 222 inc. tax

From the very first day, participants in the General Management Programme belong to the emlyon business school  network, with 26,000 members.
