Goals
Complex, unstable, uncertain... There is no shortage of adjectives to describe the world we live in. For some, we are experiencing unprecedented crises (health, environmental, economic...). For others, we are living in an era synonymous with metamorphoses and reinventions.
Today, the question of the sustainability of political, social, and economic models, conceived at the dawn of the first industrial revolution, arises for all organizations - businesses, associations, etc.
Today may also be the moment for these organizations to reinvent themselves to contribute to building a "fertile" future, one that creates wealth, is resilient, and inclusive.
Organized around a real case, this 28-hour training (3 days in person and 1 day remote) will aim to:
- Introduce you to the fundamentals of analyzing the business model of a real "learning" organization
- Teach you key concepts of foresight, prospective scenarios, and immersive experiences
- Enable you to facilitate a strategic conversation with the learning organization to lead them to question their business model in light of possible futures.
During this training, you will discover the methods and tools that will allow you to understand, decide, and act in a complex and constantly changing world. You will also have the opportunity to apply newly acquired knowledge and skills to a client organization that you will accompany in its exploration of possible futures.
Highlights
- Live case study to immediately test and apply newly acquired knowledge and know-how
- Discovery of scenario planning as a critical add-on to strategy
