"My professional challenges forced me to be armed and operational very quickly. I chose the intensive format of the "Leading an activity" programme. The 3 weeks of training during summertime allowed me to rapidly and directly apply the new knowledge acquired.
I learned to take a step back. 

Today, I adopt an "helicopter" vision at many levels: activity, collaborators, competitors, upcoming markets,... The "Leading an activity" programme was favorable for my company and for myself. Clearly, there is a before and after "Leading an activity"."
