A unique action learning programme

emlyon business school has been working with the Airbus Group for 5 years now on a unique skills development programme based on Action Learning.

In groups of 5, Airbus senior managers are giving thought to a strategic projectfor volunteer companies. Support is provided for them by emlyontutors, experts in strategy.

Over a hundred companies have already taken part and taken advantage of the expertise of Airbus executives for free.
